  • Generally I've had good experience with this dry cleaner and I've been going here for years. However, a recent interaction means I won't be going back. I dropped off my favorite top, a navy silk Theory shirt, to be dry cleaned. My husband picked it up for me. Upon getting it out of the bag I immediately noticed half a dozen chalky white stains, about the size of a penny, all over the front and back of it. I know they weren't there when I dropped it off. My husband spoke to the proprietor, who acted like he didn't understand what my husband was saying, said they must have been there when we dropped it off, and refused to do anything about it. That top cost over $100! I've had other dry cleaning establishments damage clothes before but they immediately profusely apologized and reimbursed me. Not this place. I won't be going back and I'll be complaining to the Better Business Bureau. They just lost a regular customer who has spent literally thousands of dollars over the years (I work in a professional work environment and most of my clothes are dry clean only). Stay away from Crystal Cleaner!
