  • Congratulations UP Express for getting the pricing model more accurate! With the new tiered pricing and bundle offerings, you have now let customers consider this mode of transportation more viable. Previously one way ticket from Union to Airport was $29 CAD. Add a couple or family and that price easily exceeds $60 which then lets customers consider other alternatives like taxi, private limo, GO bus, or just driving and paying for parking! Now UP Express offers discounted prices for Presto members and also participates in business rewards programs such as GoodLife members can pay $9 (same as with a Presto card) instead of $12. Senior's rate is also affordable at $6. The new pricing model is in the right direction, but there is still opportunity to gain more travellers as the UP Express still caters to a very specific demographic of those who commute via their 4 stops. I look forward for UP Express to build their base of customers and profile them first until they update their pricing model again in the future to capture all potential users and core customers.
