This place used to be one of my usual go-to places for lunch. The salads were huge and the toppings were generous and fresh. You used to get a piece of multi-grain bread with every order. Gradually the place began to decline. The bread was taken away, then they started coming up with all sorts of new menu options presumably trying to figure out how to get customers back. I remember thinking it looked rather desperate (however the oatmeal was quite good). Don't even get me started on their clipboards and pencils. I went back about a year ago and got the mandarin chicken salad and they forgot to add the chicken. I complained online and got no answer. Today, I figured I've give them one last shot. Got the same salad but now the bowl is 1/3 the size as before. The chicken is that "pressed chicken" you find at cheap salad bars and the rest of the toppings are scarce. With a pop, it was almost $12. Never again.
