  • I needed my pool pump repaired under warranty and they tried to schedule an appointment with these people. From the minute I spoke to the woman who called she was nothing but rude even argued with me about my repair needed done. I didn't ask for these people to come to my house so I immediately called the company back and told them I don't want these people on my property. If you don't want to do warranty work then don't accept it , don't treat me like the enemy. All I want is my equipment to be worked on under warranty. I'm glad I didn't have them come to my house but I can't believe someone would treat potential customer this way before they even came.
