  • Bennett Property Management is awful. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare. If you do make the mistake of working with them, REFUSE to work with Melissa. She, along with Bennett, are the most unprofessional property managers I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They refuse to answer your calls or call you back, even if you leave messages highlighting the importance of the situation. They are inattentive when it comes to responding to maintenance requests. We were left without a working dishwasher for two months because they wouldn't submit the requests to the repair company. They rarely returned our phone calls in regards to maintenance issues as well. Don't count on Melissa answering your phone calls or calling you back in a timely manner either, regardless of the importance of the situation. They also refuse to listen to reasonable requests. I will never work with Bennett again, and if you are thinking about renting from them, please think again.
