  • My husband and I have been researching furniture stores online and in the greater Phoenix metro area. We decided to give our business to Mega Furniture, Happy Valley location as we previously did business with the Metro Center location four years ago. Immediately upon walking in to this showroom of vast proportions, we were greeted by a friendly sales associate named Lynn. Upon informing Lynn that we wanted to look at a dining room set with a faux marble top and six chairs, Lynn directed us on where to find it and she met us there. We sat down and tried out the chairs which were comfortable, and decided it was the one we would like to buy. Lynn helped us through the process and we decided to look at the mattress sets. Lynn assisted us with the best selection after we had some time to peruse the sets. We laid down on the set she pointed out to us that is a really good set- Simmons Beauty Rest Plush- Rosie. It has a 10 year warranty and we purchased the mattress pad cover as well because it protects the mattress from accidental spills, stains, etc., and it has a 10 year warranty. In addition, we purchased the 5 year warranty on the dining table and chair set. I feel confident in our choices/selections and the great customer service we received from the manager and office assistant in the customer service department. Everyone at this location is kind, empathetic, customer orientated, and caring. We recommend the Happy Valley location of Mega Furniture. They have a clean, bright, big store with plenty of lighting and a wide variety of choices for home furnishings. The parking lot has plenty of parking as well. It was an excellent and stress free experience--the way it should be when making large purchases.
