| - I can only comment on the red curry seafood dish. The seafood itself was excellent (and at their prices, it should be!) and they cooked the rice properly (more hard to find in AZ than you'd believe!), but the curry itself was a disaster. It was very thin and watery and reflected pure cayenne rather than curry spices (e.g., chili, cumin, coriander, turmeric). When I eat red curry in Thai Basil restaurants around the valley, that red curry gravy is so delectable, I drink it down to the last drop, but not here. Crazy how Mexican influences tend to corrupt the kitchens of other cuisines in this state. I had Linguini with clam sauce in a so-called Italian restaurant here where they ruined the sauce in the same way! Wait staff here gets high marks, though. Young but very professional, personable and attentive.
