Maui Rose is fairly priced, filled with a wide range of options, and very good at plating their entrees for the customer. The establishment itself is incredibly small! A few tables crowded in the dining area, and 2 staff members who man the front of the restaurant.
To get straight to the point, I think it's an excellent cheap eats Asian place to go to if you're craving Hawaiian/Japanese food. Remember to read everything and get the most out of your dollar! I'd eyeball the right side (bento boxes), and maybe some noodles to boot. You'll be pleasantly full and go do whatever Vegas things you need to in preparation for your next meal.
