  • Recently purchased a used, one owner 2012 Lexus RX 350 from Baierl Acura. My sales experience was excellent, Carter Klein was professional, attentive, conscientious, and introduced me to the GM. Carter answered all of my questions about my "new used" vehicle, and made the purchase a positive experience. The vehicle delivery was well done, and the paperwork was presented clearly while additional options to add coverages were presented in a low pressure manner. The vehicle looks and performs like new, and it has 73k miles on it. I own another 2002 Lexus ES 300 that just turned over 240k mikes, so I fully expect to own my RX 350 for a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Baierl Acura and Carter Klein to anyone who wants a quality used vehicle and a good experience.
