  • Do not use this company!!!!! I made numerous requests to receive a call before they come out 24-48 hours in advance and requested to speak with each technician on the day of service. Due to allergies my animals have I cannot have some products used on my lawn. I returned home today to find a tech leaving and a note on my door that the exterior service had been done. I spent 20 minutes trying to call the office to make sure of what was done to my property and got no answer. I finally received a call only to have the "supervisor" tell me their system said they notified me of the service. I received no notification. I notified the supervisor that I did not want any more treatments I was told I would have to pay an additional 150.00 fee to cancel the contract. He then said they would send it to collections if I didn't pay. They did not follow my instructions and put my animals lives at risk and they want more money? I've never heard of a company that won't work with its customers when a mistake has been made especially a mistake on the company's part. Steer clear of venture pest control.
