I came here with a wireless keyboard I spilled beer on, then tried to clean / repair myself after watching a YouTube video on how to do it. Needless to say I caused furthe damage to the keyboard and now it was in need for repair. I went to this Apple Store in hopes of maybe snagging the parts I missed for repairing the few keys that was broken after my failed cleaning attempt.
They said they didn't have parts to repair it and all they could offer me was a new keyboard for $79. I thought, hey, $20 off a new keyboard is better than nothing so I decided to go for it. The person that helped me was really dedicated and tried to hunt down my rare keyboard. He eventually found it and apologized for the time it took, then he offered it to me for free. :-) now I'm glad it took so long.
A week later my replacement keyboard arrived and I am back on track working at home.
Tip for parking: there's a garage right behind that same block the Apple Store is on, just towards the highway. Park there unless u get lucky and get parking in front of the store.
