  • We love our new home but the customer service after we closed has been lamentable. Items that we were promised would be taken care of after closing were never completed. We were forced to close a month early and told that the unfinished items would be completed afterwards. Andy, our construction manager was great and extremely responsive, but after a week he was reasigned and the new guy won't respond to our calls. We have been trying to get a response for over a month. AW was supposed to do a 30 day follow-up but we have yet to have them reach out to us. Very disappointing.
