  • Called to arrange tow. Quoted a time a price for the tow. Waited 15 longer than the quoted time and called back. The phone went straight to voicemail. After trying several times left a voicemail. Waited another 10 minuets called again went straight to voicemail again. I am giving a two star solely based on the professional demeanor of the person arranging the tow. For my fellow yelpers I would say only call Poly's Tow if you are willing to take the risk of being left stranded as they left me stranded.
