  • This was somewhere I switched to when it opened and they have gone downhill very fast. The guy who works the front is incredibly rude and hostile. When I told him my sister was coming in and I'd like to get a pedicure with her he ignored me told me to sit down and I could wait in the pedicure chair for my sister then sits 2 random people on either side of me then tells me I need to start my pedicure right away. Then my sister comes in and he tells her he will let her know when he can get h r in in 15-20 mins.... then he just stares at me and then seats my mom for her manicure then 3 people come in after my mom and gsister y helped before her so she sits in the chair for 30 mins with no explanation but when she tries to get up to talk to me he tells her to sit back down... I think he is a complete phyco I assume he is running some sort of creepy thing there.... the woman who also works the front sometimes did my moms nails and was nasty to her because she couldn't remember the name of the woman who did her nails the last time.... this place is terrible I have never been treated so nasty and poorly with no apology.... I feel sorry for them that they are so Miserable they need to be nasty to their clients. I assume they will get shit down for whatever kind of creepy thing they are using that as a front for.
