  • This company has done great work. I read the bad reviews on this company and made my decision to use them based on that actually. Which made my experience better. I already knew what to expect from them. Could timing and communication between salesman, crew and myself be better? Probably. I'm not perfect at my job so I don't expect perfection. What I do expect is an excellent finished product while keeping the area clean. I came home and there was. No trace of construction in my back yard. The product I chose was clean and in good condition. I trusted toms opinions on the project because my knowledge was pretty low. Tom never steered me wrong and was actually about taking care of me. Shot straight no bs. It's a patio not a rocket ship. I am very happy with this project. I took a shot in the dark when choosing to go with az patio cover sun control and I'm glad I did.
