  • After having bi-lateral knee replacement in Jan 2011, I thought I would be pain free. That was not the case. I experienced pain whenever I would sit down, stand up, go up or down stairs. Convinced that something was wrong, I went back to the orthopedic surgeon who performed my surgery. After taking x-rays he said my knees were perfect. So why the pain??? In May 2018, while watching ABC 15 Sonoran Living, I saw an interview with Dr. Ahn and a patient who had three knee replacements who also experienced post-surgical knee pain. After three of Dr. Ahn's acupuncture treatments, this woman was pain free. I was desperate so I made an appointment. After my first appointment, my knees were worse but Dr. Ahn assured me this was common. After my second acupuncture appointment, my knees were 80% better. Now after my third appointment, I am 95% pain free!! Dr. Ahn is an experienced physician in both Western and Eastern medicine who has a warm and cheerful personality. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ahn and acupuncture!
