  • Best bunch of guys ever to run a butcher shop. Fun loving tough guys that are all tough guy talk but actually big softies in their hearts. They know their meat. They buy only the best quality--not fed antibiotics, not on steroids. Grass fed beef from cows that wander around outside all day and chickens that come from Mennonite farms that eat worms and bugs and run around in the fields basking in sunlight. Their lamb is unbelievable. If you are a carnivore, this is the place. The quality is amazing, the service is friendly once they get to know you and prices are way, way better than those other highbrough butchers with double digit prices per pound. If you go there when it is not just about to close, you will not experience some of the downside risks of being subjected to longer than normal wait times and grouchy yelpers.
