| - We have gone to El Chorro 3 to 4 times in the last 2 years and each time, the service and food was excellent. We like their menu and always find something different to eat that we like.
Last time, I had the Santa Barbara Mussels for an appetizer, which were excellent. This time, we had the cheese and charcuterie plate. For two people, it was more than enough. I thought they were a bit skimpy with the charcuterie they offered and I was not impressed with the cheeses they offered - a blue cheese, cheddar, triple cream and perhaps manchego, which was the tastiest.
For dinner, I had the seafood pasta. Again, it was pretty tasty although they again were a bit skimpy with the seafood. They only put three mussels in the seafood and clams were few in number as well.
The two other people in my party enjoyed the food more and enjoyed their fillet and rack of lamb..
When we go back next time, I will stick to the mussels for an appetizer and the fillet, and maybe one day, I will save room for desert.
Again great service and ambience on the patio is fantastic.
