  • I tried to purchase more than one firearm through at Az guns. The person behind the counter was very condescending, arrogant (Brandon I believe) and acted like I didn't know a thing about guns. Let me assure you I am well versed and have an extensive collection. You have to just let guys like that just ramble and bite your lip. I was looking for an upper end hand gun, he me that they dont carry any high end products because they dont sell as fast but they would order anything I wanted online. Well I can do that, I wanted to hold the weapon, touch it, look at it. So I went home got on line to their store and it said they had 4 in stock. ????? I ordered the gun and seriously expected to pick it up the next day. I called and they told me that it would be several weeks (the web site was wrong!!) maybe months before the gun would arrive due to the lack of supply. I told them to cancel my order and I would check back. I went to Pistol Parlor to pick up a part for my AR and out of curiosity I asked why I am having such a hard time finding the specific handgun. The guy walked over to the display case and pulled out the exact gun I have been looking for. He said "I dont know of any "shortage or issue to get the gun, we have more in the back" and it was cheaper and I didnt have to listen to Mr. Arrogant telling me how stupid I am. The other guy is a very nice guy, Nathan I believe. But it still doesn't make me want to go buy anything from them. Just order it on line if you intend to buy it from them. The in store stock sucks and you dont have to get a lesson in how stupid you are.
