  • I had been going to this nail salon for a very long time. And to the same person. I was unable to go in for about 6 months due to a car accident. When I returned, I went back to my same person. But the managing person that had been there was gone. In his place was a woman...not very friendly. I went twice and the last time I never went back. My gal was doing my nails...she is very good. The manager came over and said something to her in their language. When she left I said what did she say...she said oh she was telling to do it a different way. From that point in they speeded up nails. She left me sitting and said when they are dry you can go. She got up went to do a pedicure. I point out there was no shine on my thumb, like she forgot the top coat- I had powder gels nails done. She said oh its fine. It's just the oil. It will be fine. Well it was not. I had to add the top coat when I got home. After all the years I went there and to the same person to be treated that way. Forget it. I now go to another salon. And they are all very nice and the owners are very nice to everyone. Never are they condescending or unpleasant. I miss my nail tech. But it's not what it used to be when Jimmy managed it.
