  • Poor customer service, especially from DJ. All the employees are flakes and do not call you back with important information regarding your account, no matter how many people you speak and give your contact information to. I have always left this Baseline location unsatisfied. Very poor management and training of employees here. The Tempe location is much more professional, courteous, and better stocked with merchandise.
