If I could return all the thousands of dollars worth of merchandise that i have bought at this store, I would. Thats how bad my experience was at this store. Let's start by saying that the idiot at the gun counter is just that, an idiot. Attempted to purchase a gun from them....
1.Long lines for NICS check.
2.asked the kady for the military discount, she forgot. Twice!
3. Asked her to call my NICS check via phone instead of computer. Refused to do so, my gun purchased was delayed. Explained to her that due to my Birthplace and Top Secret clearance I always get a "Further Review" not a delay. She refused to follow up with FBI via phone call. So i was supposed to just wait five days. Heck no!
I went to a local gun shop, they called the NICS check via phone. Went home with my gun right away.
Cabelas charged me a 25$ restocking fee althoughi never took possession of the firearm.
LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
