  • First thing on a Monday morning my washer broke with 5 loads of laundry waiting to get washed. I contacted AZMajor and spoke with Michael (the owner) and after a few moments of me responding to various questions he asked, Michael was able to practically diagnose the issue over the phone. He scheduled a technician out for the very same day to arrive between 3-5 pm. A very nice young man arrived at exactly 3 pm. Steven replaced the faulty part on the washer within 30 minutes and worked with Michael over the phone to ensure all the diagnostic readings on the washer (post repair) were perfect. I couldn't have asked for more!! Thank you, Michael and Steven for a job well done!
