  • I went with my mom and cousin recently and had a great experience with my tech Kim (she was new,had just recently started). She was super sweet and did a great job on my mani/pedi.I especially love how she trimmed /filed my nails where they don't catch on things and how to do my pedicure since im pregnant (not sure that I believe the whole touching the wrong spot can induce early labor but better safe then sorry).My cousin seemed to have a good experience with her pedicure as well. However my mom who was just getting an acrylic fill had a poor experience. We all had appointments they were way late taking her and the owner rudely almost passed over her to take a walk-in who he knew. Thankfully she said something so she was taken..but then her tech barely talked to her and it just wasn't a good experience.
