I'm singing praises of my preferred Home Warranty:
At 2pm, my client called to ask if I knew of a locksmith who could help her change her locks TODAY because she was being stalked. So, on the phone I got with OneGuard because they provided a rekey service. I explained the importance of getting the job done today. Otherwise, I'm more than happy to call other locksmiths. And that I understood it was last minute. Customer service immediately put me on hold, called the locksmith and said yes, it will be done by 5pm.
1 hour later, at 3pm - my client texted me that her locks have been changed and she felt much better now.
So, this is a reason why we should let Buyer's agents choose their preferred Home Warranty companies. They have built business relationships with their reps who can take care of them immediately.
(In the past, some sellers & seller's agents force buyers to use their preferred company in which I have responded - When I have an emergency and needed to depend on the relationship to take care of an issue immediately, could I call you then?)
