| - I can certainly see why others left poor reviews for this bridal store. My experience was fair, but I did end up buying my dress there. When I first went to look, I had an appointment. No one greeted me when I walked in. In fact, the two women working there even looked up at me, and then continue on with what they were doing (sitting at a desk, the other on the phone). Finally, I said, "I have an appointment." The consultant didn't even ask my name, she just said, "well, what are you looking for?" She helped me find a few dresses and brought them to the dressing room. She said, "okay, come out when you're in them." I will say that even the lower-end stores helped me get into the dresses (it can be hard!). So, anyway, customer service was terrible.
I will say, the dresses are beautiful! The store is arranged nicely. They had some variety... but mostly strapless a-line. I am looking for something a little more original, but they did have a few that were more my style. Every dress I tried on was stunning. Prices varied, but seemed reasonable, and I could tell the quality was nicer than some of the lower-end stores I had gone to before. One of the best perks is that all alterations are included in the price of the dress.
Once the consultant realized I was serious about looking for a dress, she warmed up to me a bit. In short- terrible customer service, but nice dresses. All in all, I wasn't looking to make a new friend, I was looking for the perfect dress. And I surprisingly found it there. I would still recommend this store, but don't have high expectations for the consultants or customer service :)
