  • Not sure if this office is part of the one off 99th ave and Lower Buckeye but OMG do they need to work on their costumer service skills. A title company is supposed to be an independent entity that handle requests from various parties. I was a buyer but for whatever reason this office NEVER gets back to me. Only responds to my realtor. I still have to deal with this office for some final things but I really wish it was over. In case you don't know, it IS courteous to let the buyer know when the keys are ready for their new home. And it is specially great customer service to get back to the people that leave messages. Skills they are certainly lacking in this office.
