I'm mainly giving it 3/5 due to my "The Pubhouse" burger that was very disappointing. It was charcoal i.e. burnt on the outside and flavorless on the inside. It lacked any juiciness. If I hadn't been with colleagues as well as starving I would have sent it back. It was priced reasonably but that doesn't make up for lack of flavor.
Service was good!
Bonus: we were able to make a reservation for 8 on a Thurs. one of the very few pubs my friend could find in the area that allows that.
They drink specials before 6 PP. As well as food specials.
The pot pies were apparently good.
Dessert: I had two bites of the sticky toffee pudding and it was decent. It was made the British way with dates and comes with ice cream. Good for sharing as it wasn't incredible but wasn't bad either.
Beer: they have Goose IPA on tap which was a huge crowd pleaser with our group :)! A half pint was $4.75
Bathrooms: decent and clean
Would I recommend to a friend? Only if they lived or worked in the area and needed an okay place to go.
Will I go back? Probably not
