Omg! I bought a iPhone X 3 weeks ago and the touch screen completely stopped working. So, I did the obvious and called technical support. Spending over an hour on the phone with them I get told "you have to take it to a Apple store" which is fine if I lived near one!
I asked if I could make an appointment as I live approximately an hour away from the nearest store and was told " no you don't have to make appointment they are a walk-in ,you'll be in and out of there". So, away I went and only to find out I would have to wait 3 hours for a tech to tell me my phone didn't work". Like an idiot I waited and guess what?
They said I was right! It didn't work so I would have to wait another 2 1/2 hours!
I asked the guy if I could at least get a free screen cover or anything for my almost 6 hour wait not including my2 hours driving there and back. Here's a shocker! He says " we dont have anything for free"
