I purchased the groupon for unlimited vent cleaning after moving into a condo and wasn't sure when the last owner had them cleaned. The company did not have any appointments available for two weeks, and only during my work hours, so I waited until I had a bit of time off.
I received a call two days before my appointment saying that they needed to reschedule due to a truck breaking down, they tried to reschedule me for the next week, but I told them that I was not able to reschedule for then. They squeezed me in for two days later, so I was satisfied.
I received a call the morning of my new appointment saying that the tech might not be able to complete the service because I was on the second floor-something that I disclosed when making my first appointment. The tech said that he could come in and do an inspection anyways.
He kept trying to convince me that mold was in my system-something that I know is false as I had a professional inspection a month ago. He kept trying to upsell for sanitizing services-trying to make another $350!
groupon will not refund me, so I rescheduled again for later in the week, I will update after the third appointment. This is three days that I have now wasted for this stupid groupon-the money saved is definitely not worth the time wasted.

The owner of the company called me personally and I talked to him about the issues. He seemed very genuine and like he wanted to rectify the situation.
The two employees that came out were fast, efficient, and professional. I found out that the first guy sent out was actually a contractor they had to call in due to being too busy. The employees from the company were so much more professional than him. They did offer a service upgrade (threw in sanitation) to make up for the lost time and frustration.
