I was at the Ex with my wife and son when I discovered a little booth in one of the buildings that bought and sold collectible cards along with video games and accessories. I noticed that they had "pokemon" and "yu gi oh" cards for sale, which i recognized from my childhood when I played with them in the fourth or fifth grade. Knowing that I had a few lying around at my parents house that were supposedly worth some money I decided to go find them and try to sell them to this establishment.
Unfortunately my second experience was terrible. I spoke to a guy with glasses who seemed to be judging me the moment I took the cards out, and went on to lecture me on how I transported the cards in a rubber band and plastic bag. After i declined his low ball offers he didn't hesitate to let me know i had "wasted my time" by coming there.
These are children's toys that I haven't thought about in over seventeen years. I just wanted to see if they were worth something not be spoken down to by some twenty something year old neck beard who looked like he still lived in moms basement.
Only reason I gave one star is because yelp won't let me give zero.
