  • I just got home from that dealership in which I had a very irritating experience. On Wednesday, I took time off of work and drove all the way from central Phx to the dealership to test drive a used car only to find out it wasn't available because it was being serviced. Then made plans with Ed Kulas to come back today to test drive it only to get there (with my four year old daughter in tow, and again all the way from central Phx), only to see it being driven off the lot because it had been sold. So no one there knew that it had been sold when I called 20 min before arriving to make sure it was available? And did the salesman driving it off the lot have to say, "first come, first served..."? And did the other sales rep who confirmed it was sold have to say, "is there anything else I can interest you in?" when I was standing there with a dumbfounded look on my face while trying to corral my daughter. I'm now doubting that it was even being serviced when I came to look at it on Wednesday and it was just some sort if stupid sales tactic. Plenty of other dealerships in town....
