| - I would give Allan Abraham's office 100 stars, if I could. Every single time that I have reached out to their office, I have felt comforted and very well taken care of. I always have a good experience talking with State Farm's customer service line in general, but his office raises the bar on customer service. I reached out this morning, as I was rear ended last night (my car is not driveable) and am trying to work out the details of what to do moving forward. I spoke with Lorraine, who was extremely caring and professional. Today has been a hassle, as I have been trying to work out the details of what to do next and how to set up a rental car as soon as possible, all while being sore and uncomfortable from the accident, (I just happened to unfortunately not have rental car coverage added in my plan already so it has been very upsetting and a costly unexpected expense). Lorraine explained the process of how the insurance will work out once the other driver's insurance kicks in (the other driver was to fault, thankfully it is pretty clear cut), which was a comfort. When you are not prepared financially for something like this, that $250 rental car deposit can be a shock...but after talking with Lorraine, I felt like everything was going to be taken care of and that State Farm had my back. I still have to figure out how to initially pay for the rental car to be able to get to and from work (such a bummer), BUT I don't have the concern that I have to worry about the other odds and ends of the accident. I will never switch from State Farm because I know that this office truly cares and will go the extra mile for me! I am not sure if the office staff ever read this, but if so- thank you! I appreciate you.
