| - I went in to get new runners. I did the treadmill test and was helped by a petite lady with short blonde hair . She picked about about 5 shoes for me and I like the Ravenna 6's, but I wanted the new ones, not the old ones. They did not have them in my size so I found them on Zappos on my phone and just ordered them. She was pissed off, grabbed the shoes and was mumbling under her breathe. If the store would have had the shoes I would have bought them, but they didn't. It is ridiculous that because they didn't have the product the sales person was upset that I just didn't buy the old pair (that had been worn quit extensively before) she was trying to sell me. They wanted me to order them and then come back and pick them up. I live 25 minutes from this location, have a 14 year old and a 2 year old. Getting to go to the store in the first place was a trial, to go back wasn't going to happen. I went ahead and bought my GU products, but I should have just went to another store. Learn how to treat your customers, if you don't have the product, don't be upset that the customer does what is right for them, not what is right for your company. I will not be back, ever!
