  • Avoid this company! They work on commission And will tell you anything to make a sale!! The worst place EVER!! After a long remodel process for my kitchen, my dishwasher was finally installed. After using the dishwasher, I realized that it has a pretty serious leak in the door. There is a constant drip which is coming from the bottom of the door. I called the 1800 number for Samsung (the manufacturer). They told me that I need to contact the company where I purchased the appliance. I went into Conns and the first thing they asked was if I had purchased an extended warranty. Well I didn't. They said that that they could not help me and that I need to call the manufacturer. The fact is the appliance was less then one year old and was only used a few times. Anyway..I was given the run around and they said they there is nothing they can do. They didn't even offer to call the manufacturer or give me any advice on what I should do to fix this problem. It was like "tough luck" see ya! Anyway. I would suggest going elsewhere. This company has no customer service skills and they don't deserve my business or anyone else's ! Maybe consider Home Depot. I have never had an issue with them
