  • So went here for Black Friday because my brother saw a listing for a Lexus he was interested in. We get there a half hour before our appointment. The salesperson my brother told him when the appointment was made that the car was still there. We get there and he tells us one of the techs or salespeople took it out to make sure things are in good shape with it and he was right around the corner and if we wanted we could walk around the lot to look at other cars. Right there we should have known something was up but we drove 45 minutes to see this car so we decided sure (which he knew). I over here up at the front desk the manager and other sales people and someone said oh blah blah has the car and he lives around the corner he is bringing it in now so these guys can look at it. Anyways the salesperson is trying hard to sell my brother on other cars like a Mercedes and a few other cars but he pushed real hard on a Mazda 6 knowing and saying it looks like you really want to buy a luxury car. Either way an hour goes by and he brings us up to his desk brings up some pics on his computer. He shows us the car my brother wants to see then he shows us the hybrid Lexus that they have and then says, " So the car you wanted to see was sold earlier." So I know my brother isn't happy right now and I am pissed. So he asked if we wanted to take it for a test spin so why not since we drove all this way to get jerked around. As we are backing out to get on the rode he gets a call from someone and guess he has someone back to look at a car from earlier. So he tells us he trusts us and we can take the car. Well guess he knew we weren't interested and when we got back he asked what we thought and of course we said no not what my brother is looking for. We leave and next day my brother finds a newer Lexus the ES 350 and it was a better price. If anything they did us a favor. Best part is after my brother agreed to get this car he gets a call from the salesperson who again asked if he wanted to try to get a Mazda 6 and my brother pretty much got to tell him he got the car he wanted. I won't deal with this dealership again I get they are trying to pull you in to sell you a car but knowing what particular car that my brother was looking at and to not have the car and pulling our leg for an hour is just utter BS.
