It was pouring with iced rain. The airport was slammed and the taxi line was huge so I decided to give the much derided UP Express a chance. As I turned from the Limo/Cab area I looked for signs. There were none. I asked half a dozen passing passengers and was told to head to the second floor. I noticed by the elevators that there was nothing that told you what floor it was on. Eventually on the second floor an off duty air hostess guided me to the station. As I stood there trying to figure out how to get my Presto Card discount on their ticket machine which was trying to charge me full whack a member of staff came over and informed me that there were no further trains for the day and I had missed the last one by 2 minutes. I'd have made it if the terminal had signs and directions. A waste of public money compounded by poor user experience.
