  • I made reservations 2 weeks in advance for a birthday party that I was hosting. I requested a specific table in the bar section because it was a high top so people could come and go throughout the night without it being a "sit down dinner" I called to confirm the reservations a couple days before and everything was confirmed. When we arrived, they placed us at a low top table in the back restaurant area. I explained that my reservations were specific. They looked at in their book and realized that they had made a mistake. Management quickly solved the problem and relocated people so we could have the table that we reserved. After that, the service was great and we had a nice night.
