  • We rented from them for a year from 2014 to 2015. Our experience with their rental in Seven Hills was less than stellar.  The door and window frames were caked with  cigarette tar that we had to clean off.  If you paid  someone to clean - they didn't do a good  job.   The refrigerator was cleaned in the  obvious spots - but was filthy if you took our a drawer or  looked under the door as was the side of the refrigerator is  you pull it away from the counter.  If you paid to have  the house painted - you should know that there are a number  of  paint skips on the walls and they didn't paint the  ceilings - only on the edges to cover up paint from the  walls I suspect and all the AC grates are dirty or bent or  in need of paint.   The washer and dryer  didn't work when we moved in and then the washer   leaked and caused water damage.    The yard which we are supposed to  take care - when we moved in the back yard trees were filled  with dead branches that had never been trimmed.  We did  that.  The side yard had junk in it from previous  tenant - the home owners association complained - we had to  take care of that.  .  And the hall bathroom  toilet had a cracked toilet seat - which we  replaced.   Frankly - all of these things we  should not have had to do upon moving in. The kitchen drawers fell apart - you wouldn't fix them. And the house was filled with roaches - you did an extermination once - and then we were on our own. Your service was terrible. The house you rented out at top dollar was a mess. You could not be a worse agency to rent from.
