  • This was the first time ever in my life that my car has ever had damage to it. Although not happy and not what I going to be going to be in for, my insurance sent me to Jonathan Herring at Caliber. Totally made me at ease and ensured me that they will take good care of my car. IT WAS PAINLESS. On Monday when I took it in I was told I will be keep apprised of what was going on. Each day I received two texts telling that exactly that. They told me I will have my car on Friday. It was done Wednesday night!!! I picked up my car on Thursday and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. It is SO REFRESHING in todays world that there are some businesses that not only provide you with great service, but actually take PRIDE in their service. Thank you all for a job well done!
