This is my go to place for electronics repair. They are very good at what they do, they know it, they are honest, and I trust them to give me the straight, easy to understand story on what's going on with my gadgets.
Example: My son's new computer was having an issue after less than a month. I took it back to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and after waiting in line for 30 minutes, the geek finally got to me. I explained what was going on and he told me that he needed to hook it up to his diagnostic machine to figure out the problem. He took my computer to the back, returned 10 minutes later and declared: "Looks like your computer has a virus. That will be $150 for us to remove the virus. Of course, you could buy our 1 years protection plan for $200 and it will cover this."
I smelled BS, so I took it to UBreakIFix because they did a good job fixing our wii u, and other games. I explained the issue to the technician and he said, "Hmmm...that sounds like a Windows 10 issue. They've been working out some bugs." He knew exactly what to do and within 10 minutes the computer was fixed. When I asked him how much he said no charge.
I don't take my stuff anywhere else.
