  • My wife had tried to find a quality reliable place to take our vehicles. We tried a few but always received horrible service. We needed new tires on one of cars and we gave Firestone on Banksville ave a try. I believe they were running a sale on tires and that's what drew us in. We received such great service, we have been going back ever since. I believe it has been 3-4yrs now. We take our cars there for oil changes, inspections, tires etc... We usually just drop our car off in the morning and let them know we don't need it until later in the day, but they typically call me an hour or so later letting me know it's ready! I have met several people that work at this location and have always had great customer service and quality work done on my vehicles! Thank you!!
