  • This place is around the corner from my house, so I was happy when I saw this really chic, clean looking place. Well, Tom did my nails the 1st time. His customer service skills is lacking. He kept yelling at me not to move as if I was his child, but I am 40 y.o. the job was mediocre or just ok 2nd time I went for mani n pedi. I told the girl not to cut my cuticle. She insisted anyway...then she nipped me..when I said ouch...she looked at me as if I was possessed instead of apologizing or as if nothing she. At the end, my finger was hurting so bad I squeezed it and blood kept gooshing. Long story, I had to buy antiseptic on my way home. Top notch looking place...untrained staff...mediocre job...highly priced!
