  • Beware of Patricia, she the project specialist for Lowe's. In Feb. My husband and I were looking for information on remodeling our master bathroom. We meet with Patricia and she explained everything, help us with picking out material. I was very impressed with her experience and knowledge. We paid $75.00 to sent up appointment with a contractor that works with Lowe's. Patricia and the contractor came to my home measured, took pictures of my bathroom. They stated they would get back to us when their estimate in about a week. We never herd from Patricia again, we called her Twice and she never returned are phones calls. I called today to get a refund and told the manager of situation. The Manager gave us our refund and all she could say was, I'm sorry. I went to a different contractor to get my master bathroom done. I'm very surprise with the customer service Lowe's provides. You would think they would strive to do better job to keep their customers happy and coming back. I know they are a big chain, I guess they feel they can afford to lose customers and keep unprofessional workers employed.
