  • Worst place ever! I placed an order for special cupcakes for my boyfriend's birthday. I wrote all the information down in my email to the owner. Everything was good to go. I went to pick up my cupcakes the day of his birthday event, and to my surprise, the name on the cupcakes were wrong. They wrote RANDY instead of RICKY. And to fix this.. they took paper and wrote his name in chocolate. They clearly didnt read my email or care for my order bcuz it wasnt big enough to bring in enough of a dollar figure. They didnt even apologize for the mistake and gave me a 10 percent discount for the paper they put on my cupcakes. The didn't even have dividers for the cupcakes and glued the bottoms to the box with chocolate so when I drove home, the cupcakes were completely mangled. What a disaster. I hate the people who run it because they took no responsibility and they didnt even care and it was a lot of money for mangled cupcakes with paper on top. Never ever again!
