  • Had an absolutely horrible experience here today. Burger ordered outside was raw in the center. Bought tickets for food and drinks and were told we could use them in the restaurant. Inside, the crab dip very small even though the menu said it was enough for 2. When we asked our server Jessica about it, she told us that everything was pre- portioned and oh well. When paying the tab, server told us that we could not use our tickets on the restaurant tab. Isn't the money all going to the same place? The brewery? The server told us that the owner said we could return our tickets for our cash back at the tent. When returning the tickets at the tent we received a lot of attitude from the man working there. A lady who was also also at the tent, piped up with "oh...you're the lady who returned the burger". Yes ma'am, the raw burger. Will never return after the shitty customer service. I'll warn others as well.
