  • It was easy to schedule an appointment. The service tech arrived during the scheduled time and was efficient. We had the carpet cleaned in one room. The carpet was not very dirty, but our new dog peed on the carpet. These guys can get pet smells out. They went over the carpet 3 times to make sure it was clean. They did a great job, and the carpet had a light pleasant frangrance for about a week. The pet smell is gone! We will use this company again!
