  • I hate providing a negative review on Yelp and it pains me to do it. My first experience with Bryan was great, he repaired a switch leading to my A/C unit. Quick, easy, price was reasonable. That was a couple years ago. I recently called Bryan to have him quote repairs to the lighting and electrical in my backyard. I need it done in 3 weeks because I am hosting a party. He came came out, assessed the problems, and said he would have a quote in a day or so. I called him up a week later and he said he'd have the quote out shortly. Another week passes with no quote. I call him and he claims he sent it. The quote is not in my inbox or spam folder. I text him and ask him to resend it. A full day later, I still don't have a quote I am sitting here with no plan to get my backyard lighting fixed in time for my party. I have to start calling around to start the process again. Bryan, if you read this, I am sorry this didn't work out, I was really was hoping to find a reliable electrician and I thought you were the guy. I have a number of projects I need done. Bummer.
