  • To be honest we had a mixed experience when purchasing furniture for our new home, but Carissa the Office Manager saved the day and our satisfaction with this location. The delivery of our items were scheduled to come on two separate dates due to a back ordered item. The night before the first delivery I had not heard so I contacted the store and learned they had changed the delivery to one date two weeks later. I was extremely frustrated and unhappy. Carissa went over and beyond to reach the warehouse and arrange for delivery of the items available one day later than the original date. Unfortunately again I was not notified of the delivery window and was not home when the items arrived. AARGH. I called Carissa once again who wrangled the delivery team into bringing the item back within fifteen minutes of me arriving back home. She and Alex the manager offered concessions for our inconvenience and their customer service will keep us coming back to this location.
