  • The Gramercy looks nice and has nice appeal and potential. BUT, upon living here with my best friend we've found that it's possibly one the most expensive yet worst places to live. Management is rude and good for nothing. After filing several complaints, nothing was done about loud neighbors. Fire alarm constantly going off with no explanation. "Security" gate is constantly broken and being left open to allow riff raff in. For the amount it costs to live here, one would expect more. It looks nice and has amazing potential. But now I don't even care to stick around to see what it could be, if it ever does become anything. I would recommend other options if you're seeking to call this place "home". A hostel would be better in my opinion.
